St. Thérèse of Carmel
Faith Formation
The Faith Formation program of St. Thérèse of Carmel Parish strives to provide children and youth with the knowledge, experiences, and skills necessary to become faithful disciples of Jesus.
In keeping with their age and ability, they will assume responsibility as vital members of the parish and be able to participate in the Parish’s mission to know, love and serve; and to transform our world through Christ by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Gospel for the Fourth Sunday in Ordinary Time
Luke 4:21-30 "Jesus Shows Us How To Face Rejection"In this week’s Gospel, Jesus announces the good news of God and faces rejection from his neighbors. At times, we too feel rejected. Jesus knows rejection and he suffers with us. He shows us that we must speak the truth boldly and face rejection with courage. At times, we also unfairly reject others. How can be more accepting of others, especially those who are different from us?
